Your Credit Card is Completely Safe with Us

Ravenous Romance uses the highest credit card security available. All credit cards are sent using SSL 128 bit encryption; this means that no one can access the credit card information except our bank for verification. Credit card information is not stored anywhere. We are PCI compliant – the highest level of security for transmitting credit cards securely. The site and server are scanned bi-weekly, and all software are uploaded with the latest patches to fix any known bugs. We are secured by GeoTrust. Our site is safe and secure, so you do not have to worry about using your credit card.

Why would I read an ebook?

Ebooks are convenient, inexpensive, discreet, and best of all, they offer instant gratification! There is no trip to the store or waiting for a package to arrive in the mail-just find a book you like, download it, and start reading right away!

Why would I listen to an audiobook?

What else are you going to do on the treadmill? Seriously, like ebooks, digital audiobooks are convenient and inexpensive. Just download them to your computer, put them on your MP3 player, and go! Six hours of unabridged excitement is yours to enjoy while you sit in traffic, cook dinner, or exercise.

What format should I buy?

Epublishing is continually evolving, so please check back frequently for updates. For now, the following chart should tell you what format you need. At Ravenous Romance, you can download multiple formats of the same book if you're not sure, or if you want to read it on multiple devices (say, on your PC at work and your iPhone on the train). You can't, however, download both the ebook and the audiobook unless you purchase both.

If you want to listen to the audiobook on your Kindle, iPod, iTouch, or other MP3 player, just download the audiobook version.

Why are all of your books one price?

We think our customers should be able to enjoy their books right away, and not be slowed down by trying to figure out lengths and formats. All of our novels and anthologies are 50,000 to 60,000 words and are $4.99 for the ebook and $12.99 for the audiobook. All of our Ravenous Rendezvous short stories are 1,500 to 5,000 words and are $1.99. Easy!

What is the Ravenous Readers Club?

Ravenous Readers is a membership program for our customers that allows you to get a 15% discount off all purchases for just $19.99 per year.  As a member, you'll also be eligible for special VIP promotions.

Why is my Ravenous Readers discount not showing up in my shopping cart?

You need to log in with your user name and password before adding items to your cart. Click on the My Account button at the top of the home page and log in. Then, when you add items to your cart, your discount will be applied automatically.

How long will it take for my book to download?

With a high-speed internet connection, the ebooks take less than a minute, and the audiobooks take approximately five minutes.

I can't find the book I downloaded last week. What do I do?

Every book you buy from Ravenous Romance is stored in the Order Information section of My Account for 50 days. Simply download it again.

Can I share the great Ravenous Romance book I just read with a friend?

U.S. Copyright law forbids the unauthorized copying of electronic books. Please respect the work of our authors by refraining from illegally copying and distributing their books to others. Instead, buy your friend a Ravenous Romance gift certificate!

Can I return a book if I didn't like it?

Ravenous Romance is proud to be the only digital publisher that offers a money-back guarantee. We know how good our books are, and we stand behind them by putting our money where our mouth is. Are Ravenous Romance books available in print?

We believe that digital publishing is the future, so we do not invest our resources in printing books. However, we do license rights to print publishers, and if a book is available in a print version, we will note that on the book's detail page. But please note that because print publishers generally take 18 months to publish a book, the ebook and audiobook versions will be available far in advance of any print version.

Who are the gorgeous guys on the covers?

We shoot original photographs for all of our covers (Allan Penn, one of Ravenous Romance's founders, is an award-winning photographer). We shoot top fitness, underwear and fashion models from New York, LA, London, and Miami.
