Elaine Sumers received a wake-up call the hard-way. Recovering from a vicious stab wound courtesy of a drug-dealer during an undercover operation with the Philadelphia Police, she realizes she could have died with regrets. Now that she's been given a second chance, she's not going to squander the opportunity to fix one of them regardless that it's against regulations.
