Nicole Robbins, a family court attorney in New York City whose specialty is cases involving neglected children and teens, is so dedicated to her work that she has forgotten her own needs - until her latest case, which brings her before newly appointed Family Court Judge, William Barron.
Bill Barron is a prominent divorce lawyer in New York with the reputation of being "firm and fair" (professionally and physically). He is also one of NYC's great catches. After achieving enough financial success, he is ready to give something back to the City that loves him. But he never expected that being a "civil servant" would provide any perks.
The undeniable chemistry between Nicole and Bill is straining to be kept in check as the high profile case plays out - there is already enough scandal in this City to go around. All they can hope is that justice is swift...
