Whatever It Takes — Synopsis
When the GOP dispatches its man from Washington to ensure Florida'selectoral votes, they expect his usual miracle. In politics, the
saintly need not apply. Only after he's taught the state's movers and
shakers new ways to rob voters of their rights does he learn where the
real power lies.
The handsome young man with the good suit and the educated drawl can
determine the election's outcome. All he asks in return is a night
with the big man from the D.C. headquarters.
Tonight the big man will record his sacrifice for the good of the
party. Tomorrow, he'll threaten ruin if the election goes awry--or if
the young man attempts to ruin him first. But even in politics,
sinners who relinquish their own desires in order to work miracles may
find themselves transformed.
